The Building our office is in, has electronic locks on the door, and they are open at 9:00 and closed at 3:00 pm Monday to Friday.
We had a mail slot put into our door to allow dropping off of documents during those hours, and we will collect and process the information when we returned from our home office duties.
We attend the London office at 395 Wellington Road South, under the clock tower on Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 9:00 and 1:00 pm, and work from our home offices the rest of the week.
You can leave us a phone message anytime at 519-649-2001 and we will return your call as quickly as we can. It is ideal if you leave us enough detail that we can research your concerns before we call back, and really appreciate that. We have a 24 hour answering service that email us a transcript of your conversation calling our business number, and when we are tethered to our computers, call back in answer to your questions, and concerns.
During the personal tax time, with an April 30 filing deadline, or June 15 for self employed individuals and their spouses, there is no appointment necessary for you to drop off your documents through our mail slot.
We will call you if we require any additional information, and schedule a time for you to pick up your documents, and sign consent for the e-filing of your tax returns. We don’t require a lot of time for you to review your tax return, and sign consent, and are receptive to your phone call later, if any questions arise, that require answering. Adjustments to any filed returns can be made later where necessary, and from time to time, they are necessary, especially when information may not be complete at the time of filing.
For the many of you that have learned some computer skills, we invite you to a “portal” where we can transfer files to one another, and have your tax return prepared, and sent to you through the secured portal, along with any documents that are necessary for a digital signature. This saves a lot of time, and reduces the frequency you would have to come to our office for any reason. We can talk by phone, share computer screens, share files, and get necessary signatures for e-filing, all through our computers.
